1 Privacy Policy

1.1 Abrams Accounting (Abrams Accounting, or we, us or our) recognises the importance of your privacy.

1.2 Abrams Accounting abides by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as well as other applicable laws and codes. Our policy for the management of personal information is set out in this document.

1.3 This Privacy Policy does not apply: (a) to corporate information (unless it is also about any identifiable person); or (b) if you access another website through a link from our website (Site). In this case the privacy policy of the owner of the other website (if any) will apply. 12.2 If any provision or part of these Terms is for any reason declared invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portion is not to be affected and the remaining portion is to remain in full effect as if these Terms had been drafted with the invalid or unenforceable portion eliminated.

12.3 These Terms record the entire agreement between you and Abrams Accounting and supersede all previous negotiations, understandings, representations and agreements in relation to the subject matter of the Terms, with the exception of any other express written agreement between you and Abrams Accounting entered into by you as, or in anticipation of becoming, a client of Lumina.
